Building In Quality And Value

Over the past several years, manufactured homes have become an increasingly popular alternative to site-built homes. Since 1996, one out of three new homes sold in the United States is a manufactured home and Skyline has been a leader in the manufactured housing industry.

Skyline manufactured homes are built in the protected environment of an enclosed production facility by trained workers who use advanced equipment and techniques to assemble interior and exterior components according to precise plans and detailed engineering specifications and instructions. Weather-related production problems are reduced to a bare minimum while uniformity of quality is assured. The cost savings realized through assembly line production procedures translate into manufactured home prices that are usually less than half the prices of comparable site-built models. The Amish work force of our Sugarcreek, OH plant builds quality homes that have no rival.

Skyline multi-section models, like all of our manufactured homes, are built to exacting standards of quality, performance and safety and comply with a national building code established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Protecting Homebuyers With a Full FIFTEEN MONTH Warranty
In building both single-section and multi-section homes, Skyline understands that the people who buy our homes are
hardworking Americans who have a right to expect that their housing investment will be both rewarding and secure. For this reason, every Skyline home carries a full one-year and three month straightforward warranty (NOT a partial or limited warranty) backed by a nationwide service program that responds to customer concerns in a minimum amount of time and with maximum effectiveness.

Through our 48 years of operation, Skyline has earned a reputation for corporate responsibility and we are committed to build on this reputation with each home we build and for every customer we are privileged to serve.

Comfort And Convenience Features

Many of today's Skyline-built multi-section homes feature drywall interior construction identical to that found in many site-built homes. Kitchens provide ample cabinetry as well as functional meal preparation and storage areas. Many baths offer luxury features including garden tubs and skylights. Bedrooms and living areas reflect the most up-to-date design concepts including built-in cabinets, handsome window treatments and, in some models, energy-efficient fireplaces.

Energy efficiency is designed into all homes manufactured by Skyline. Walls, ceilings and floors are fully insulated, windows are designed to resist the transfer of heat and cold and the heating and cooling equipment meets tough efficiency standards. Electrical systems also meet high efficiency and safety standards while offering maximum convenience to homeowners.

Because homeowners have varying preferences and requirements, Skyline homes are available in many floorplans and with a wide range of exterior and interior options, including shingled roofs with gables and dormers, decks, porches and other up-scale amenities.

Skyline produces a wide range of home designs with price ranges to fit most budgets. Whether your need is for a single-section starter or empty nester model, a 2500 square foot multi-sectional full drywall home, or anything in between, Skyline is your answer.
